The idea of Fortisan Recruitment Solutions was born in late 2022 following a successful mission to aid Ukrainian refugees. We recognized that while these refugees were welcomed in the UK, their employment opportunities were limited, often leading them to factory work. The support they received was disjointed , with some services being duplicated and others overlooked .
To address this, we created Fortisan Recruitment Solutions CIC at the end of 2023.
Fortisan Recruitment Solutions CIC caters to a diverse range of businesses, from small and mid-size enterprises to large corporations. We understand that each business has unique recruitment needs. Therefore, we offer tailored solutions to ensure the best fit between the company and the recruited talent, enhancing the efficiency and success of the recruitment process.
Our dual mission is to fulfil the basic job requirements of refugees and provide comprehensive, high-quality services. This includes assistance with document preparation, applications, finding accommodation or sponsors, and facilitating their journey to the UK.
A significant number of refugees arriving in the UK face a language barrier, as they do not speak English. This poses a challenge to their employability and integration into the workforce. Recognizing this, we at Fortisan Recruitment Solutions provide essential language training and qualification courses. These programs are designed to enhance their English proficiency , enabling them to effectively communicate and practice their skills in a professional environment. By doing so, we aim to increase their employability and help them secure suitable employment, thereby facilitating their successful transition into the UK workforce.
