The story that started it all
Fortisan Recruitment Solutions began with an observation that was hard to ignore: skilled Ukrainian professionals — engineers, educators, specialists holding advanced degrees and years of experience — were accepting low-wage factory work in the UK, simply because nobody had taken the time to look past the language barrier and the unfamiliar CV format to see the expertise underneath.
We founded Fortisan to close that gap: to bridge exceptional international talent with forward-thinking UK employers and educational institutions who are ready to invest in it properly.
